Nationality –
- Applicants who want to apply for this exam he must be a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugee.
- Those applicants who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar) Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam they can also apply for this test.
Age Required –
- Applicants age must be between 21 to 32 years as on 1st January 2024 .

Education Needed –

Exam Pattern for ARS Examination 2024 –
- This exam will held in both online and offline modes.
- Applicants who will pass out pre exam they will go for main exam and Viva-Voce.
- For pre exam 2 hours and for main exam 3 hours will be allotted.
- In the pre exam objective type questions will be available for 150 marks.
- Main exam will carry total 240 marks.
- Viva Voce will carry 60 marks in total.
- Negative marking will be applicable in this exam as 1/3.
ARS Exam 2024 cutoff –
- For Unreserved (UR) Candidates 67.5 (45%)
- Other Backward Classes (OBC) have to get 60 (40%) Marks
- SC/ST/Divyang have to collect 52.5 (35%) Marks
ARS 2024 Selection Procedure –
- Applicants can get a part in this exam on the basis of obtained marks in this exam.
- First of all applicants have to qualify its pre exam.
- Then they will go for its main exam.
- In third part they all have to pass out Viva-Voce and then the final selection will be done.
